By accessing or using BlueCheck Pools LLC services, including Pool Shield memberships, Quote Check, Digital Vault, and all related features, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Services Description
BlueCheck Pools provides a digital platform connecting homeowners with pool care professionals. Services include membership management, quote reviews, digital record keeping, emergency dispatch coordination, and maintenance scheduling. Physical pool services may be fulfilled by BlueCheck corporate staff or approved independent network partners.
3. Membership & Billing
Pool Shield memberships are billed on a recurring basis as selected during signup. Members may cancel at any time through their dashboard, with cancellation effective at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are issued at our discretion for service failures attributable to BlueCheck or its network partners.
4. Quote Check Disclaimer
Pool Quote Check provides informational audits based on submitted documentation and regional market data. It does not constitute an engineering report, legal opinion, warranty decision, or pricing guarantee. Homeowners retain full responsibility for final repair decisions.
5. Service Availability
Direct cleaning and repair availability varies by ZIP code and route density. While digital tools are available nationally, physical fulfillment may not be available in all areas. BlueCheck reserves the right to route service requests to approved network partners.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BlueCheck Pools LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our platform or services.
